About The Company
Our client is the UK’s largest, most successful electrical wholesaler and, due to retirement after 30 years, are looking to recruit a Customer Sales Advisor, advising all their clients (mainly trades and labour electricians), on the electrical products sold.
They are a very established UK wide company, renowned for exceptional customer service, client relationship building and retention, as well as excellent consultation and product knowledge. To ensure this reputation is upheld, the company invests in on-going employee training and development.
Hours: 40 hrs a week
Days: Mon - Fri & 3 hrs every other Saturday morning.
Parking: Free
Salary: £30K (Saturday at time and a half)
Pension: statutory
Holidays: 20 + 8 days bank holidays
Location: On-site Luton, LU3 3BF
About the Role
This full-time Customer Sales Advisor role is based on-site in Luton. Duties include:

Engaging with customers to understand their needs and provide tailored solutions face to face via the trade counter, over the phone and email.

Building and maintaining customer accounts

Supporting the sales process and ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction.

Working collaboratively with the wider team to meet and exceed sales targets while delivering exceptional service.
About you:

Internal Sales and Lead Generation skills

Proven ability in Customer Service and providing excellent Customer Satisfaction

Experience with Account Management and building lasting client relationships

Previous experience in electrical wholesale or a related industry is a plus as customers are mainly professional electricians.
