Proactive Personnel are looking to recruit a Customer Service Representative on behalf of our well-established and growing client.
We are seeking a motivated individual to join our clients busy and friendly sales team. The business is strongly committed to delivering excellent customer service while continuing to expand, with several exciting projects on the horizon.
Previous experience in telesales and/or counter sales would be advantageous; however, full training on products and internal processes will be provided.
Key Responsibilities:

Handling inbound and outbound sales calls

Serving customers at a busy sales counter

Generating and following up new sales leads

Email correspondence with customers

Business development activities

After-sales customer care
Requirements:

Strong sales mindset and enthusiasm

Previous computer use essential

Telesales and/or counter sales experience preferred

Full UK driving licence (required)
