Growth is exciting, but it requires a steady hand to navigate. We are looking for an exceptional Executive Assistant and Office Manager to partner with our Founding Director and Operations Director. We don’t just want someone to fill a seat; we want a true "right hand"—someone who will champion our culture, organize our world, and share in our financial success.
The Role:
This is far more than an administrative post. You will be the central pivot of our Twyford HQ, ensuring that the Directors have the mental space to drive the business forward while you expertly manage the day-to-day operations.

Executive Lifestyle & Diary Management
Orchestration: You will manage complex, multi-time-zone diaries (UK, US, and Europe), ensuring the Directors’ time is optimized, not just filled.
Travel & Logistics: You will curate seamless travel itineraries and meeting schedules, taking the stress out of business travel.
Communication: Acting as a diplomat and ambassador, you will manage inboxes and correspondence, ensuring key relationships are nurtured.
Balance: By assisting with ad-hoc personal tasks, you will help the Directors maintain a healthy work-life balance, allowing them to perform at their best.

Cultivating the Office Experience
The Face of Hernshead: You will ensure our Twyford base is a welcoming, functional, and inspiring place to work, managing everything from supplier relationships to facilities.
Onboarding Experience: You will work with the Ops Director to ensure every new consultant feels at home from Day 1, with their tech ready and a warm welcome waiting.
Chief of Celebration: We are a social business! You will take the lead on organizing our quarterly high-end dining incentives, holiday trips, and team social events.

About You:

Experienced: You have a background as a PA, EA, or Office Manager, ideally supporting C-Suite leaders or Directors.

Intuitive & Resilient: You understand the nuances of a founder-led business. You are emotionally intelligent, able to anticipate needs before they arise, and confident enough to guide the Directors when necessary.

Tech-Forward: You are highly proficient in Outlook, Excel, and Word, and you take pride in producing polished documents and managing CRM data accurately.
