Are you passionate about quality, customer satisfaction, and problemāsolving? Our client in Redditch, Worcestershire is looking for a Customer Quality Specialist to support customer concerns, complete quality inspections, and maintain high standards across the business.

⨠Key Responsibilities
Build trust and maintain strong relationships with customers š¤
Investigate and resolve customer issues using root cause analysis
Support implementation of corrective and preventive actions
Conduct internal audits related to customer concerns
Carry out ISIR inspections and support PPAP documentation
Provide quality feedback to manufacturing and engineering teams
Monitor and maintain quality KPIs and reports š
Analyze data to identify trends and potential issues
š Role Details
Location: Redditch, Worcestershire
Hours: 39 hours per week
Contract Type: Temp to Perm

šÆ Essential Skills & Experience
Manufacturing & Quality Experience:
Experience working in a manufacturing environment (automotive advantageous)
Knowledge of quality inspection processes, materials, or components
Understanding of nonāconformances, containment, and corrective actions
Familiarity with PPAP, ISIR, or general quality documentation
Ability to interpret engineering drawings (advantageous)
Experience using basic inspection tools (e.g., verniers, micrometers)
Administrative & Technical Skills:
Accurate data entry and document control
Comfortable compiling reports and maintaining records
Strong Microsoft Office skills (Excel for data, Word for reports)
Ability to follow structured processes and standards
Competencies:
Strong analytical and problemāsolving ability š
Excellent communication skills (written and verbal)
High attention to detail and accuracy
Able to work independently and collaboratively
