Role Summary
We are seeking Production Operatives for our automotive client based in Washington to perform the duties listed below.
Key Responsibilities

Responsibilities include machine operation, assembly, trimming, material handling and inspection.

Performs semi-skilled production work to assemble or fabricate a product or sub-assembly in accordance with team production goals.

May perform work manually and/or by machine operation which requires in-depth knowledge of process and constant monitoring.

Ensures product and process quality and efficiency through appropriate inspection and continuous improvement problem solving activities.

Makes machine adjustments and typically manages several variables within the process.

Maintains procedures and standards to provide compliance with quality standards for assigned area.
Key Qualifications/Requirements

Proven experience as Production Operative or relevant role minimum 2 years

Must be able to work a 2 shift pattern consisting of days and backs
-
Ability to work overtime in accordance with policies and procedures.

Ability to perform work while standing or walking a minimum of eight (8) hours a day.
Shift Pattern:

Days: 06:00 – 14:28

Lates: 15:15 – 23:43
