Recalculating costs for Clients
Dealing with inbound e-mails from Clients relating to time disputes, charges and quality issues
Maintain effective communication channels with team members and suppliers
Produce and process client invoices in a timely and accurate manner
Produce credit notes when required
Working on daily, weekly and monthly reports to ensure all costs are correct in the systems
Work across multiple systems

Profile
A successful Finance Assistant should have:
Experience in an invoice-processing role
Be confident liaising both internally and externally
