The Role
As a Warehouse Operative, you will be responsible for the safe, accurate, and compliant handling of products. Your duties will include receiving, storing, picking, packing, and dispatching goods in line with GDP, SOPs, and regulatory requirements.
This role plays a vital part in protecting product integrity and maintaining the highest quality and safety standards across our supply chain.
Key Responsibilities
Warehouse Compliance & GDP

Comply with GDP guidelines and MHRA WDA requirements

Always Follow Standard Operating Procedures (SOPS)

Maintain accurate records of batch numbers, expiry dates, and storage conditions

Monitor and record fridge temperatures and report any excursions or non-conformances

Correctly manage quarantined stock and controlled drugs
Goods Inwards

Receive and inspect deliveries against documentation

Accurately record batch/lot numbers and expiry dates

Ensure temperature-sensitive products are stored immediately and correctly
Stock Handling & Storage

Store stock safely and compliantly in line with GDP requirements

Carry out regular stock checks and support audits and inspections

Operate warehouse equipment safely (forklift/pallet truck where applicable)
Order Picking, Packing & Dispatch

Pick, pack, and label orders accurately

Use validated packaging for temperature-sensitive products
-
Book couriers and palletised collections
Health, Safety & Security

Follow all Health & Safety and security procedures
-
Report hazards, near misses, or incidents
