They produce over 1,000 units annually, specializing in safe, low-entry cabs (Elite 6) for urban environments. They focus on safety, sustainability, and complete, customizable waste management solutions. The role is based in Croydon, CR0 4YL, with a competitive salary ranging from £48,500 to £50,350 plus Quarterly and annual bonus which can reach 3k extra annually.

Key Responsibilities:
- Support the day-to-day running of the Service Centre to ensure smooth, efficient operations.
- Deliver excellent customer service and build strong relationships with customers.
- Drive quality, safety, and productivity across the workshop.
- Lead and support the team—motivating, guiding, and helping them perform at their best.
- Identify opportunities to improve efficiency, reduce costs, and enhance service delivery.
Skills, Experience, and Education:
Communication:
- Clear and effective communication skills, both written and verbal.

Knowledge/Expertise:
- Experience in a commercial vehicle workshop or similar environment.
