TD Recruitment are currently recruiting for a Customer Service Assistant/Adviser for our client who works in the Waste industry in Bristol, BS3 area.
Our client is looking for a professional and enthusiastic person with a proactive attitude and a keen eye for detail to join the office team and support with general customer service queries.
MAIN DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES

Processing, inputting & sending purchase orders from customers.

Raising jobs and inputting on to the system, raising files and filing.

Answering and distributing telephone calls, dealing with customers’ queries i.e skip hire etc.

All other general office duties.
SKILLS AND KNOWLEDGE
-
IT Literate in Word, Excel and Outlook
-
Excellent communication skills, confident in dealing with customers both over email and on the telephone

Ability to work alone and as part of a team

Experience with high call volumes or similar type of office work
Start as soon as possible.
Monday to Friday, 08:00AM to 17:00PM, on going work, temp to perm role.
