Healthcare Assistant – Complex Care (Borehamwood)
£15.20 per hour (inclusive of holiday pay)

We are seeking a compassionate and reliable Healthcare Assistant to support our young client in Borehamwood who requires support at school. Your care will enable them to live safely, confidently, and with dignity in their own home.
This is a meaningful 1:1 role where you can genuinely see the impact of the support you provide.
About the Client
Our client loves children tv especially Hey Duggie, our client also loves being read to, singing, peoples faces.
Clinical Requirements
You will support the client with the specific clinical tasks outlined in their care plan. These may include:
• Nebuliser
• Cough assist
• Medication via a Gastrostomy
• Oral Suction
• Gastrostomy Care
Full specialist training and competency sign-off are provided by our Clinical Team, so you do not need to have every skill listed to apply.
Shifts Available
We offer consistent and predictable shifts to support your work–life balance and financial stability.
• Day shifts - 07:00 AM - 18:00 PM, 08:00AM -18:00PM, 10:00 AM-17:00PM
• Night Shifts - 21:00 PM - 06:00 AM 22:00PM- 07:00AM
What the Role Involves
• Delivering compassionate 1:1 care in the client’s home
• Supporting with community access and social activities
• Promoting independence and dignity in all tasks
• Providing emotional reassurance and wellbeing support
• Communicating effectively with the clinical, care, and coordination teams
Your presence will help the client feel safe, supported and in control of their daily routine.

• Confidence with clinical tasks (or a willingness to train)
• Strong communication and reliability

• Ability to work independently and professionally
