You’ll lead cross‑functional collaboration, bringing together teams, technology, and infrastructure to unlock digital sales funnel improvement, ensure compliant end‑to‑end journeys, and deliver outstanding customer experiences.By balancing commercial ambition with customer needs, you’ll play a key role in achieving our digital sales funnel platform performance and CX objectives—making a real, visible impact on how we do business.What you’ll be doing: Stakeholder management, working across VWFS, as well as VWG Brands, Retailers and third partiesSupport delivery of overall channel performance, defining the strategic direction, developing the roadmap with the delivery Product Owner, prioritising the feature backlog and constantly iterating the products to ensure we support customer and commercial outcomesWork cross-functionally to drive performance of the platform to maximise both customer and commercial valueWork closely with senior management in Brands, Dealers and Digital Solutions to deliver solutions which meet customer needs and drive adoptionYou will engage with, provide insight to, and support senior stakeholders to ensure understanding and buy-in to the sales delivery, strategy and investment requiredWhat you’ll bring:You’ll be a driven self-motivated individual with previous experience within the automotive or financial services sectors. You’ll have a passion for great customer outcomes and proven experience manging stakeholders across all levels.Essential experience & skillsDemonstrable experience in designing and implementing digital and new technology solutions.Experience with agile software development.Knowledge and proven experience in at least one of the following domains: Architecture, Software Development or Operations.
