Morson Talent are partnering with a Manufacturing business based in Preston who are looking to recruit a Marketing Administrator to join their Marketing team. Responsible for supporting the Marketing Coordinator (Labels) with administration related to the creation, approval and updating of labels, working closely with internal and external stakeholders to facilitate smooth workflow and support labelling projects.
Main Duties and Responsibilities
Label Approvals & Documentation: Liaise with printing partners for approvals, uploading and managing label files in Label Directory and Management of Change (MOC) system, ensuring label database remains accurate and up-to-date.
Database & File Management: Maintain and update label records, track changes, and ensure all files are systematically organised for traceability.
Content & Translation Coordination: Create & amend master label text files whilst coordinating with translation partners to ensure timely and accurate translations.
Project Support & Collaboration: Work closely with the Marketing Coordinator (Labels) and other departments to track label progress, support larger projects and ensure compliance with internal processes and regulations.
Knowledge, Experience & Qualifications
General administrative experience is essential, preferably in a Marketing or design environment.
Good standard of general IT skills, including PDF annotation and SharePoint.
Strong attention to detail to identify errors and ensure accurate label updates.
Excellent organisational skills with the ability to manage and store documents systematically.
Strong communication skills, with the ability to work collaboratively with internal and external stakeholders
