They are looking to bring on a Battery Cleaning Operative to assist with cleaning and general maintenance of forklift batteries for clients based at Heathrow Airport. Responsibilities
Cleaning and carrying out basic maintenance on forklift batteries at Heathrow Airport
Working alongside the company’s Forklift Battery Engineer based permanently out of Heathrow Airport
Developing an understanding of the company’s products over time with the potential of the role becoming permanent over time
Adhering to all the airport’s Health & safety protocols
Carrying out any other general tasks alongside the engineer as and when requiredRequirements
The company are open on the background of the candidate they bring on. What is really essential, is that you are a willing and committed individual, who is interested in working night shifts and is ready to working on a temporary basis with the potential for the role to go permanent. You will be required to get a DBS check in order to work at Heathrow Airport as requirement following a job offer being made. In terms of location, you will need to be based within commutable distance of Heathrow Airport.
