This is an excellent opportunity for an organised and proactive HR professional to join a busy HR team and provide essential administrative support across the full employee lifecycle.
The Role
Reporting to the HR Manager and working closely with the wider HR team, the HR Administrator will play a key role in ensuring the smooth running of HR processes. Responsibilities will include:

Providing comprehensive HR administrative support across the employee lifecycle

Preparing contracts of employment, offer letters and HR documentation

Supporting recruitment activity, including interview coordination and onboarding

Maintaining accurate employee records and HR systems

Assisting with absence tracking and reporting

Supporting employee relations cases with documentation and note-taking as required

Ensuring HR processes are compliant with company policy and employment legislation

Responding to general HR queries in a professional and timely manner
About You

Previous experience in an HR Administrator or similar HR support role

Strong organisational skills with excellent attention to detail

Confident managing multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment

Professional, discreet and able to handle confidential information

Good communication skills and a positive, can-do attitude

CIPD qualification or working towards qualification (desirable)
