Teaching Personnel is working closely with a welcoming and inclusive primary school in the Brighton area to recruit a full-time Learning Support Assistant with proven SEN experience.

The Role:
Providing tailored support for pupils with Special Educational Needs (SEN)
Working 1:1 and with small groups to support learning, communication, and emotional regulation
Supporting pupils to access the curriculum and develop independence
Working closely with class teachers, the SENCO, and external professionals
Creating a calm, positive, and inclusive learning environment
The Ideal Candidate:
Previous SEN experience is essential
Experience supporting needs such as ASD, ADHD, SEMH, or speech and language (desirable)
Patient, flexible, and empathetic, with a child-centred approach
Confident working as part of a supportive team
Committed to safeguarding and promoting pupil wellbeing
