What You’ll Do

Carry out day-to-day repairs and maintenance

Complete minor works and site improvements

Inspect buildings and report issues

Oversee contractors and quality of work

Keep the site compliant with H&S standards

Maintain grounds and external areas

Respond to faults, breakdowns, and emergencies
What We’re Looking For

Practical maintenance or facilities experience

Proactive, reliable, and organised
-
Strong health & safety awareness
-
Able to work independently and as part of a team
This role covers the following areas and is offered on a fixed term contract.
You will need an enhanced DBS and/or need to be able to pass one.
