We are seeking an organised and proactive Site Administrator to support the efficient day-to-day operation of a busy site in Bacton, Norwich. Working hours can be flexible to suit the candidate. This will be a long term assignment.
Key Responsibilities:

Provide comprehensive administrative support to ensure smooth site operations.

Maintain accurate site records, documentation, and compliance logs.

Ensure all compliance certificates and documentation are up to date and filed in line with the premises management plan.

Manage site supplies, equipment, and vendor/contractor communications.

Organise meetings, prepare agendas, and take accurate minutes.

Support internal and external communications as required.

Work in accordance with company health and safety policies to ensure the safety of all employees and visitors on site.

Undertake additional administrative duties as required.
Skills & Experience:

Previous experience in a site administration or office administration role.

Experience supporting compliance and statutory site checks.

Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Proficient in Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint)
