Job Overview:
We are currently looking for a reliable and multi-skilled Site Maintenance Operative / Handyman to support general maintenance and upkeep across the site. This is a hands-on role suited to someone practical, flexible, and confident turning their hand to a wide range of tasks.
Key Responsibilities:

General site maintenance and repairs

Hanging and fitting doors

Laying flooring
-
Painting and decorating
-
Laying gravel and basic groundworks

Carrying out routine checks and minor repairs

Keeping work areas safe, tidy, and well maintained

Supporting other site teams as required
Skills & Experience:
-
Previous experience in site maintenance, handyman, or similar role

Good all-round practical skills
-
Ability to work independently and manage own workload

A positive, can-do attitude
Requirements:

Full UK driving licence (useful)

Counterbalance FLT licence (advantageous but not essential)

Physically fit and able to carry out manual tasks
