Richard Abson Group are working with a premium automotive dealership to recruit a Host / Hostess (Receptionist) to join their front-of-house team.
This role is ideal for someone who enjoys delivering excellent customer service and being the first point of contact in a high-end dealership environment.
The Role

Welcoming customers and managing the reception area

Answering calls and handling enquiries

Booking customers in and offering refreshments

Supporting sales and service teams with administration

Maintaining a professional and inviting showroom environment
The Person

Previous customer-facing experience (reception, hospitality, retail, etc.)

Confident, well-presented and personable

Strong communication and organisational skills

Comfortable using basic IT systems
