Full time or Part time Cook /Chef required to cater for up to 21 residents for a nursing home in North Manchester.
- Responsible to the registered manager.
- NVQ Level 2/3 Cookery required
- A good knowledge of legislation and the law
- A good knowledge of infection control and colour coded equipment.
- Ability to complete daily records
- The safe storage of food
- Ability to use stock rotation
