Ideal Recruit is currently looking for an experienced Warehouse Line Manager / Supervisor to join a busy and well-established warehouse operation in Doncaster (DN1 – Wheatley).
This is a hands-on leadership role, ideal for someone confident in managing teams and supporting day-to-day warehouse operations.

7:00am – 7:00pm
Role Responsibilities
Managing and supporting warehouse operatives on shift
Overseeing daily operations to ensure productivity and accuracy
Monitoring performance, attendance, and health & safety compliance
Acting as a key point of contact between the team and management
Supporting training and onboarding of new starters

Previous experience in a warehouse Line Manager / Supervisor role is essential
