As Portfolio Demand & Roadmap Manager, you’ll play a critical role in shaping a clear, transparent and strategically aligned pipeline of work across the organisation.You’ll own our Single Front Door demand process and lead the creation of a quarterly roadmap that balances business priorities, capacity and dependencies. Working at the heart of the organisation, you’ll bring together stakeholders from across the business, technology and delivery teams to ensure the right work is delivered at the right time.This is a high-impact role for someone who enjoys bringing structure to complexity, influencing senior stakeholders, and continuously improving how organisations plan and deliver change. What will I be doing?Own and operate the Single Front Door for all change and initiative requests, ensuring demand is consistently captured, assessed and prioritisedLead the creation and ongoing management of the quarterly portfolio roadmap, aligning priorities, capacity, dependencies and delivery commitmentsFacilitate prioritisation and roadmap discussions with senior stakeholders, balancing strategic outcomes, regulatory needs and operational demandsProvide clear insight and reporting on portfolio health, demand, capacity and delivery progress to support informed decision-makingAct as a trusted partner across business, technology and delivery teams to ensure end-to-end transparency and alignmentDrive continuous improvement in demand management, planning and governance processes, embedding consistent ways of workingWhat do I need?Proven experience in portfolio, demand, resource or roadmap management within a change, transformation or delivery environmentStrong understanding of prioritisation and planning frameworks (e.g. MoSCoW, WSJF, value vs effort)Demonstrated ability to influence senior stakeholders and facilitate complex prioritisation decisionsConfidence using data and insights to inform recommendations, reporting and portfolio decisionsExperience working with Atlassian tools (Jira, Confluence) or similar portfolio management systemsExcellent communication and facilitation skills, with the ability to thrive in fast-moving, ambiguous environmentsAdditional informationWe’re always looking to recognise and reward our employees for the work they do.
