We are the drivers of change.#LI-HybridThis is the jobWe’re looking for a Procurement Operations Analyst to help us strengthen how Procurement delivers value across The AA. In this role, you’ll work closely with colleagues across the business to improve operational performance, strengthen compliance and support better decision-making through insight, analysis and collaboration.You’ll also play a key part in our digital journey, helping us adopt new technology and AI-enabled solutions while contributing to transformation projects that improve how we work every day. If you enjoy combining data, technology and continuous improvement, and want to see the impact of your work, this could be a great fit for you.What will I be doing?Analyse and monitor procurement process performance, identifying opportunities to improve efficiency, compliance and outcomesDeliver clear insights and management information to stakeholders through reports, dashboards and communicationsSupport procurement policy and control compliance, including secondary audits of outsourced activityContribute to digital and AI transformation, including technology evaluation, adoption and training supportProvide project management support across procurement initiatives, tracking delivery, risks and dependenciesDevelop and maintain procurement guidance, learning materials and content to support consistent ways of workingWhat do I need?Experience of procurement processes across Source-to-Contract and Procure-to-Pay environmentsFamiliarity with procurement systems such as SAP, Ariba or Coupa, and a strong interest in digital tools and AI solutions such as ChatGPT and/or CoPilotStrong analytical capability, with confidence using Excel and working with data to generate insightClear written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to explain technical concepts simplyExperience supporting or managing projects, from planning through to deliveryA proactive, curious mindset, with the confidence to collaborate, challenge constructively and seek continuous improvementAdditional informationWe’re always looking to recognise and reward our employees for the work they do.
