We are looking for experienced Healthcare Assistant/ Carers/Support Workers to to join our team and provide high-quality, person-centred support to a 78 year old man in his home.
Location: Cornwall (TR19)
Salary: £15
Hours: Varying hours of 4 hrs
Key Responsibilities:

Assist with personal care and daily activities (e.g. dressing, feeding, mobility support).

Must be able to administer medication
-
Catheter management
-
Must be competent managing PEG feeding

Provide respectful and compassionate care tailored to individual needs

Offer emotional support and reassurance as required

Follow personalised care plans and risk assessments
-
Maintain accurate and timely records
Requirements:
-
At least 6 months recent care experience.
-
Caring, patient, and empathetic nature
-
Good communication and interpersonal skills
-
Ability to work flexibly and independently
-
Reliable, punctual, and professional at all times
-
Medication trained
-
Competent managing PEG
