Learning Support Assistant (LSA) - Secondary Schools
Location: Lewisham
Contract: Full-time | 5 days per week
We are seeking a committed and experienced Learning Support Assistant (LSA) to work across a range of inclusive and supportive secondary schools in Lewisham. This is a full-time role, five days per week, ideal for someone passionate about supporting young people to achieve their full potential.

The role will involve:
Supporting students with a range of learning needs, both in and out of the classroom
Working closely with teachers, SENCOs, and pastoral teams to implement tailored support strategies
Promoting positive behaviour, engagement, and independence
Providing one-to-one and small group support where required
Requirements:
Previous and relevant experience as a Learning Support Assistant, ideally within a secondary school setting
Experience supporting students with SEN (such as ASD, ADHD, dyslexia, or SEMH) is highly desirable
A patient, proactive, and resilient approach
Strong communication skills and the ability to build positive relationships with students and staff
