We are currently seeking a reliable and hardworking Labourer to support our engineers on site.
The Role:
As a Labourer, you will assist engineers and site teams with day-to-day tasks across mechanical and HVAC projects. This is a physically active role suited to someone dependable, safety-conscious, and eager to learn.
Key Responsibilities:
• Assisting HVAC and mechanical engineers on site
• Loading, unloading, and transporting materials and equipment
• Keeping work areas clean, safe, and organised
• Supporting installations, maintenance, and repairs
• Following health & safety procedures at all times
• Using basic tools and equipment under supervision
• Assisting with site setup and breakdown
Requirements:
Essential:
• Previous experience as a labourer or site operative
• Strong work ethic and willingness to learn
• Ability to follow instructions and work as part of a team
• Good awareness of health & safety
• Eligible to work in the UK
Desirable:
• CSCS card
• Experience in mechanical or HVAC environments
• Driving licence
