About the RoleWe are looking for reliable and hardworking labourers to join our construction teams across Oxfordshire and Wiltshire. This role involves supporting site operations, assisting tradespeople, and ensuring a safe and efficient working environment.
Key Responsibilities
Prepare and maintain work areas, including clearing debris and setting up equipment.
Load, unload, and move materials safely around the site.
Assist skilled tradespeople with basic tasks and tool handling.
Mix and prepare building materials such as concrete and mortar.
Operate basic hand tools and equipment under supervision.
Follow health and safety guidelines and wear appropriate PPE.
Maintain cleanliness and remove hazards on site.
Requirements
Previous experience as a labourer or in a similar role (preferred but not essential).
Physical stamina and ability to perform manual tasks.
Basic understanding of construction processes and tools.
Strong work ethic and ability to follow instructions.
Valid CSCS card (essential for most sites).
