Key Responsibilities
In this role, your day-to-day responsibilities will include (but are not limited to):

CRM Management: Maintain the CRM system (Intelligent Office) to ensure that client information is entered fully and accurately, keeping client records up-to-date and organised.

Client Reviews: Ensure that client reviews are scheduled in line with FCA guidelines, including arranging and preparing review packs for advisers.

New Business & Transactions: Process new business, fund switches, withdrawals, and ensure all client transactions are completed in a timely manner and remain fully FCA compliant.

Product Research: Conduct product research to support advisers in providing clients with the best financial solutions.

Liaising with Third Parties: Contact and liaise with relevant product providers and third parties, ensuring smooth and efficient communication.

Client Service: Deliver exceptional telephone-based support to clients, handling queries and offering proactive solutions.

Pipeline Management: Manage and track pipeline activity, ensuring that tasks are prioritised and deadlines are met.

Ad-Hoc Requests: Action any ad-hoc requests from clients or advisers to ensure smooth operations.

Team Support: Provide support to colleagues, fostering a collaborative and effective team environment.
What You'll Bring
To excel in this role, we’re looking for someone who can demonstrate the following:

Experience & Expertise:

Knowledge of Intelligent Office: You must have a solid understanding of the Intelligent Office CRM system and be able to use it to maintain and manage client records efficiently.

5+ Years’ Experience in IFA Administration: Ideally, you’ll have at least five years’ experience working within a busy IFA office, giving you a solid understanding of the fast-paced nature of financial services administration.

Industry Knowledge: You’ll have a wide-ranging knowledge of different financial industry providers and products, enabling you to support advisers and clients effectively.

Proficient IT Skills: You’ll be proficient in Microsoft Office systems (Word, Excel, Outlook, etc.) and have the ability to learn new systems quickly
