Our client, based in East London, is currently looking for an experienced Administrator to join their office support team. My client currently carries out maintenance to various commercial and residential buildings and has a fast-paced, busy office environment.
Job Purpose:
Processing purchase orders / raising jobs
Understand all requirements of a job once raised, including checking for inconsistencies with costing sheets/survey sheets and job sheets.
Address problems as they arise – problem solving
Liaising with the Sales Team for any technical queries relating to quotes provided
Ensuring consistent communication with the workshop
Invoicing
General admin duties as required
Answering customer calls/emails and enquiries
Keeping excel spreadsheets up to date
General administration - including data entry, answering telephone calls, cover as require
The candidate must have experience working in a fast-paced working environment. Candidates must be computer literate and have strong communication skills on the phone, with an ability to work on their own initiative and as part of a team.
