We are expanding our team to deliver the newly devolved street cleaning service for the Shrewsbury Parish. Shrewsbury Town Council is building a brand-new Street Cleaning Team, and we are looking for dedicated, enthusiastic Customer Services Assistants to join our team.
The Customer Services Assistant plays a vital role in delivering excellent service to customers by providing timely, accurate, and helpful support across various communication channels. This role is the Town Councils brand ambassador and involves responding to customer queries, resolving issues, keeping accurate records and ensuring a positive customer experience at every interaction.
The ideal candidate must have strong communication skills and be proficient in Microsoft Office packages, with the ability to work on your own initiative.
