I am currently representing Bournemouth Christchurch and Poole Council are offering an initial temporary contract for a period of 3 – 4 months with a view to be extended or offered a permanent position for the right candidate at a rate which is negotiable dependent upon experience.
We are looking for Customer Service Advisor at Floor E0, Bcp Civic Centre, BH2 6DY
We are looking for an individual who has a professional telephone manner, has experience of inbound contact centre work and has experience in dealing with challenging customer behaviours.
Will need to attend Civic Office Bournemouth to collect IT equipment and Training. Could potentially go to hybrid or remote
