We now seek a Talent Acquisition Administrator to be based out of our London office. This is a junior level role where you will be supporting the Talent Acquisition Manager to hire across the UK and EU, across all business and engineering disciplines.
Role Responsibilities
As a Talent Acquisition Administrator, you will play a key role in supporting recruitment activities across RED’s sector teams. Working closely with HR, hiring managers, and senior leaders, you’ll manage the administrative processes that help attract and secure top talent aligned with our business growth.

Coordinate end-to-end recruitment administration, including:

Posting job adverts on internal and external platforms

Sourcing candidates via job boards, LinkedIn, and other channels

Scheduling interviews and assessments

Liaising with candidates throughout the process

Supporting selection and offer stages

Maintain accurate recruitment data in RED’s HR systems

Support monthly and ad-hoc recruitment reporting and analytics

Conduct initial right-to-work and immigration checks

Shortlist candidates and assist in final selection decisions

Provide candidate insights and profiling recommendations to hiring teams

Ensure alignment with RED’s Compensation & Benefits policies when communicating with candidates

Collaborate with external recruitment partners

Contribute to the continuous improvement of recruitment and onboarding processes

Represent RED at universities, job fairs, and recruitment events to enhance our employer brand and talent pipeline

Champion RED’s values and gain a strong understanding of our business needs
Role Requirements

Minimum of 1+ years in recruitment or an equivalent talent acquisition role

CIPD qualification (desirable)

Degree qualified or equivalent HR qualification (desirable)

Intermediate knowledge of other MS Office applications including Outlook & MS Teams

Intermediate knowledge of MS Excel, with the ability to maintain and manipulate data

Confidential and discreet and have a proactive team ethos

Excellent organisational and time management skills, and attention to detail

Ability to prioritise own workload and to work to tight deadlines

Good understanding of HR and recruitment processes and terminology (essential)

Adept at problem-solving, including being able to identify issues and resolve in a timely manner

Excellent interpersonal and communication skills both written and oral

Working experience of HR and acquisition software/project management systems – eg SAP
