We’re recruiting a Labourer to join a busy manufacturing facility in Montrose on a temp-to-staff basis. This is a hands-on role suited to someone reliable, safety-conscious, and happy to support multiple departments to keep operations running smoothly.

Key Responsibilities

Maintain high standards of housekeeping across workshops and external storage areas

Operate overhead gantry cranes, forklifts, and side loaders (as required)

Move materials and components to support efficient workflow

Power wash equipment and assist painters/blasters when needed

Empty swarf, waste containers, and material off-cuts

Carry out deliveries and collections safely and on time

Support machine operators, supervisors, and other departments

Maintain locker rooms, coverall storage, and production areas to 5S standards

Accurately complete timesheets and Kronos timekeeping

Follow all health & safety, quality, and company procedures

Identify and report any health and safety risks
What We’re Looking For

Valid B1 Forklift Licence (essential)

Previous experience in a manufacturing, industrial, or workshop environment

Strong work ethic and a proactive, team-focused attitude

Good awareness of health & safety and safe working practices
