Production Operative – Bagger
Location: Kirton, Newark
Rate: £15.00 per hour + £1.81 holiday allowance
Shift Pattern: 3 Days On, 1 Day Off, 3 Nights On, 3 Days Off (8-hour shifts)
Contract: 12 months
Are you hardworking, reliable, and looking for a hands-on production role? Net Temps is recruiting Baggers for a busy manufacturing operation in Kirton on a long-term 12-month contract. This is an exciting role in a fast-paced environment, working around automated machinery and helping ensure smooth production.
Key Responsibilities:

Manually place large plastic bags over brick stacks

Prepare stacks for automated wrapping

Keep pace with production targets

Operate automated machinery safely and efficiently

Maintain a clean and safe work area
Requirements:

Reliable with strong timekeeping

Comfortable with repetitive, physical work

Happy working in warm, dusty, or enclosed environments

Hands-on attitude and team player

Must pass a drug and alcohol test
