We are recruiting Picker to join a well-established vineyard farm in kent for an ongoing agricultural role, with the opportunity to become permanent for the right candidates.

Duties include:
- Picking and packing fresh produce
- Quality checking and preparing goods for dispatch
- Working as part of a friendly, supportive farm team
- Following health & safety and quality standards
What we’re looking for:
- Reliable and hardworking individuals with own transport
- Comfortable working in outdoor and farm environments
- Own transport to get to the site
- Good attention to detail and ability to work as part of a team
- No previous experience required – full training provided
