TradeTech Recruitment are recruiting Skilled Operatives for station toilet refurbishment projects.
Location: Lancaster (with further stations at Oxenholme & Wigan)
Start: 2nd February
Duration: Approx. 3 months
Hours: Day shifts
Rate: £21.00 per hour (CIS)
Role Overview
Supporting trades including plumbers, electricians and carpenters
Assisting with finishing works, fixing, boxing, panels and making good
Supporting snagging and handover works
Working cleanly in live, public-facing environments Requirements
Valid CSCS Card
Refurbishment experience - essential
Background in finishing on refurbishment projects
