Job Title: Multi trader - Temp to Perm
Area: Eastleigh
Salary: £37,500
Role: Social Housing Maintenance Operative
My client is a leading housing association looking for an experienced social housing Multi trader to work on their properties in Eastleigh and surrounding areas. Van and fuel card included.
Duties will include:

Plumbing, Carpentry, Tiling, Plastering etc.

Liaise with customers and colleagues to ensure they are aware of progress and action being taken.

Ensure all works comply with relevant health and safety legislations

Ensure work is completed on time

To use and apply a Schedule of Rates for jobs

Available to cover over time works when needed
-
Complete and maintain paperwork accurately
Requirements:
-
Wide variety of Multi Trade experience
-
Strong Plumbing and Carpentry skills
-
Experience working on void properties
-
Social housing/High volume works experience
-
UK Driving licence
