About the Role
We are looking for a compassionate and experienced Senior Care Assistant to join the dedicated team. You will play a key role in leading and supporting the day care team, ensuring residents receive the highest quality, person-centred care. This is an opportunity to make a real difference in a welcoming, evolving environment.
Key Responsibilities
Lead, mentor, and support the day care team
Deliver high-quality dementia and residential care tailored to each resident
Monitor residents’ wellbeing and respond appropriately to any changes
Administer medication (training provided if required)
Maintain accurate, up-to-date care records
Promote a calm, safe, and supportive day-time environment
What We’re Looking For
Previous experience as a Senior Care Assistant within a care home
NVQ Level 2 or 3 in Health & Social Care (desirable)
Medication training (advantageous but not essential)
A caring, professional, and team-focused approach
A genuine passion for supporting older people to live fulfilling lives
