Customer Service Advisor / Administrator – Chesterfield

£26,400 + Bonus + 31 Days Holiday + Pension Hours: • Mon–Thu: 8:00am – 4:30pm • Fri: 8:30am – 3:30pm

Francesca’s Recruitment Ltd is recruiting a Customer Service Advisor / Administrator for a global manufacturer within the construction market. This is an excellent opportunity for someone who is bubbly, friendly, and confident, while also being highly organised, accurate, and efficient in a busy environment.

What You’ll Be Doing

Supporting customers with parts enquiries
Providing product advice and technical information
Processing orders, quotes, and invoices
Coordinating dispatch and tracking backorders
Keeping customers updated and building strong relationships
Working with inventory to manage stock levels
Identifying slow‑moving stock and supporting sales activity
General administration to support the wider team

What We’re Looking For

Customer service or sales experience (automotive, engineering, or construction ideal)
A bubbly, positive personality with strong people skills
Must be confident and professional on the telephone, with the ability to build rapport quickly
Excellent communication and relationship‑building ability
Organised, accurate, and proactive — someone who gets things done
Strong technical aptitude and willingness to learn
Confident using Microsoft Office; CRM/ERP experience is a bonus
A team player who thrives in a fast‑paced environment
