Assessment Process
The on-site assessment will include:
Shift Patterns (rotational – full flexibility required)
Option 1: Monday to Friday

6am – 2pm

2pm – 10pm
-
10pm – 6am
Or
Option 2: 4 on / 4 off
Role Overview
-
Progression to independent machine operation after training
-
Operating production machinery to manufacture products in line with company standards and safety procedures

Meeting production targets in a fast-paced, physically demanding setting

Manual packing of finished products weighing up to 25kg
