Administrator - Full Time (Hybrid)
Location: Forfar
Hours: Monday - Friday, Full Time
Contract: Temporary (ASAP start - end of March initially, with likely review)
Pay: £14 per hour
Are you an organised and proactive Administrator looking for your next opportunity? Search is recruiting on behalf of our client for a reliable and detail‑focused Administrator to join their team on a temporary basis. This role is ideal for someone with strong administrative skills who enjoys supporting a busy office and maintaining smooth day‑to‑day operations.
What you'll be doing:
Providing general administrative and secretarial support to the wider team
Managing shared inboxes and responding to queries
Handling filing duties, including digital filing and maintaining accurate records
Raising purchase orders (POs)
Ensuring efficient office organisation through proactive support
Assisting with any ad‑hoc administrative tasks as required
What we're looking for:
Previous administration experience or relevant equivalent studies
Strong organisational skills and excellent attention to detail
Confident using Microsoft Office and digital systems
Ability to manage workload effectively and work both independently and as part of a team
Professional communication skills
Working pattern:
Hybrid: 2 days working from home + 3 days office‑based
Monday to Friday, full‑time hours
