Role description
We are looking for a temporary Alumni Engagement Officer to join our team. Tasks for the role would include:
Providing administrative and coordination support for alumni engagement activity, including assisting with event communications, sending invitations and maintaining accurate records.
Supporting the delivery of international events and visits by assisting with logistics, preparing briefing materials, coordinating marketing activity and liaising with internal and external stakeholders as needed.
Carrying out research tasks, such as identifying and profiling alumni in relevant regions to support engagement planning and event preparation.
General coordination and admin support for alumni engagement activity, including preparing materials, drafting and sending communications, maintaining accurate records and trackers, scheduling meetings and supporting minute‑taking where required.
Providing general administrative support across the team, including maintaining shared resources, updating online platforms and assisting with routine programme activity as required. If this is something you would be interested in, please submit a copy of your CV.
