Executive Assistant Team Leader
Salary: Circa £55,000-£60,000 per annum + Exceptional Benefits Package

My client is a rapidly growing global organisation offering a range of services to the Professional Services sector. As part of their exciting growth plans an opportunity exists to join this business in an Executive Assistant Team Leader capacity.
They are looking for a Executive Assistant Team Leader to manage their Pensions client support executive team through the transition from traditional secretarial support to an elevated, client-focused Client Service Executive model. This is a working team leader role combining hands-on CSE delivery with day-to-day team coordination and workload management.
You will lead a team of CSEs across London and Manchester, supporting individual development, and maintaining professional standards and team cohesion. A key aspect of the role is building a positive, collaborative team culture and proactively managing the team to ensure excellent service levels. You will work closely with the Operations Lead to ensure seamless client service delivery and support the team through the evolving CSE role requirements.
This is a great opportunity for someone who has worked in a fast paced financial/professional services environment and who comes with experience of team leadership.

Systems administration experience or aptitude for technology

Experience with PSA systems (Kantata), CRM platforms (MS Dynamics) or similar

Experience supporting multiple senior stakeholders simultaneously
The role is based from their London office, offering hybrid working with 3 days in the office and 2 days from home when you are up to speed.
