Known for its strong client relationships and technical expertise, the company is continuing to expand and is looking for an Operations Manager to play a key role in driving delivery standards, efficiency, and growth.
In this role, you will take ownership of the operational delivery function, leading teams and subcontractors to ensure projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to the highest compliance and quality standards. You will act as the senior escalation point for complex technical or commercial challenges, while working closely with senior leadership to improve performance, reporting, and contractor engagement. This role offers genuine autonomy, strategic input, and long-term progression within a growing organisation.

The Role:
Lead and manage the delivery team to ensure successful execution of national utility connection projects
Oversee multiple projects from design and application stages through to handover
Liaise with subcontractors to secure scheduling, resolve issues, and maintain delivery standards
Act as the escalation point for complex operational, technical, and client-related
