Our client is a family-run business, and they are currently seeking a Service & Parts Administrator to join their team based in Swindon
Hours of work for this Service & Parts Administrator role are Monday to Friday 8:30am-5:00pm with no weekends required.

Meet and greet customers in person and on the phone.
Raising T cards for all bookings and creating jobs.
Obtaining order numbers to include authorisation of work and regular progress updates.
Planning of scheduled service and tacho/MOT bookings.
Processing and checking retail invoice costing, including texting of jobs, ensuring all parts are loaded to the invoice standard.
Receiving, validating, recording, and allocating parts and consumables from suppliers.
Deal with any customer queries via email promptlyRequirements:
Have a previous working experience within a similar role
Experience of DMS
Good customer service skills with technical understanding
