Weekend Reuse Shop Retail Assistant (Norwich South & Norwich North)
We are looking for a motivated and flexible Weekend Reuse Shop Retail Assistant to join our client's recycling team and play a key role in the smooth day-to-day running of their Reuse Shops in Norwich South and Norwich North.
This is an excellent opportunity for someone who enjoys a hands-on role, working with customers, and supporting sustainable initiatives.
Position Details
Hours: Saturdays and Sundays, 8:45 AM – 4:15 PM
Pay: £15.26 per hour on Saturdays, £18.32 per hour on Sundays
Key Responsibilities
Provide friendly, professional customer service, supporting shoppers and creating a positive retail experience as a Reuse Shop Retail Assistant.
Assist with the daily operations of the Reuse Shops, including stock handling and medium to heavy lifting.
Drive the Reuse Transit van to collect items from various sites as part of your retail assistant duties.
Support Portable Appliance Testing (PAT) where required; prior experience is welcomed, and training can be provided.
Requirements
A full, clean driving licence and access to your own vehicle are essential.
Ability to carry out physical tasks, including medium to heavy lifting.
A proactive attitude and willingness to support the team across both Reuse Shop locations.
