Location: On-site - Derry Area Hourly Rate: £15.00 per hour

Manpower Recruitment are currently recruiting for a Contracts Administrator to work on-site with a large manufacturing company based in the Derry area.

Hours of Work

30 hours per week

Flexibility is required to cover a mix of mornings, evenings, and occasional weekends, in line with business needs

Key Responsibilities

Liaise with shift managers regarding temporary workforce requirements

Report any issues or updates to the Manpower Team Lead

Support temporary production staff with setting up and using payroll applications

Communicate with temporary staff regarding performance and any workplace concerns

Remind temporary staff to submit weekly working hours accurately and on time

Carry out general administrative duties to support on-site operations

About You

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

Strong IT literacy and confidence using systems and applications

Flexible approach to working hours

Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment

The production plant operates on a 24/7 shift pattern, therefore working hours may vary between mornings and evenings depending on operational requirements
