As an Administrator, your responsibilities will include…

Dealing with enquiries over the phone and by email

Organising POs, sending orders to suppliers and following up orders

Carrying out general administrative duties

Dealing with purchasing, chasing orders and checking deliveries

Liaising with sales team and supporting with paperwork if needed

Entering supplier invoices onto the system
We are looking for an Administrator with the following skills and experience…

Ideally 2+ years’ experience in an administrator role
-
Confident using CRM systems, experience with Zoho would be advantageous
-
Happy answering the phones, with a positive telephone manner
-
Previous experience with bookkeeping and purchasing would be a bonus
-
Excellent organisational and time management skills

High attention to detail, accurate, with a strong work ethic
