Due to increasing demand and growing candidate volumes, we are now hiring our first Candidate Delivery Executive. This is a key hire designed to support business growth, improve candidate flow, and create consistency across candidate delivery.

Responsibilities of a Candidate Delivery Executive:

Make outbound calls to an established database of lift engineers and all supporting roles.

Re-engage dormant candidates and update availability and work preferences

Handle inbound candidate enquiries professionally and efficiently

Conduct first-stage candidate qualification (skills, experience, location, motivation)

Book qualified candidates for interviews with the Recruitment Consultant

Accurately update and maintain CRM records

Support CV formatting and candidate documentation

Work closely with the Director and Marketing/Admin apprentice to support live vacancies
The Ideal Candidate Delivery Executive:
Essential:

Confident, professional phone manner

Comfortable making a high volume of outbound calls

Highly organised and process-driven

Resilient, consistent, and reliable

Coachable and open to feedback

Valid UK driving licence
Desirable (but not essential):

Call centre, telesales, or recruitment resourcing experience

Experience speaking with technical, engineering, or trade-based professionals

Recruitment experience in any sector
