OFFICE ADMINISTRATOR – CHORLEY – TEMP – £12.50-£13.50P/H DOE
We are currently recruiting on behalf of an established independent organisation for an experienced Administrator to join their busy and supportive team. This is an excellent opportunity for a proactive and highly organised administrator who thrives in a fast-paced, compliance-led environment.
The Role
The successful candidate will play a key role in supporting the service, ensuring systems, records and processes are maintained to a high standard and remain fully compliant with regulatory requirements.
Key Responsibilities

Managing and updating audit systems, including data collection, recording and filing

Supporting the induction process within set timescales

Overseeing the service review process
-
Supporting the development and review of policies in line with legislation and best practice
-
Monitoring medical compliance
-
Managing DBS compliance
-
Maintaining oversight of training and allocating online learning
-
Arranging panel meetings, venues and agendas, and taking accurate minutes when required
-
Providing day-to-day administrative support to the team
-
Acting as a first point of contact for customers, building positive working relationships

Occasional travel for meetings
What We’re Looking For
-
Minimum 5 GCSEs (or equivalent) at Grade C/4 or above, including English and Maths
-
Proven experience in an administrative role
-
Experience of taking comprehensive and accurate minutes
-
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
-
Strong organisational skills with the ability to prioritise workload effectively
-
Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel and Outlook
-
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
-
Full UK Driving Licence
